thule has a model for the palisade, but not the telluride (my guess this means they are different enough that they are not compatible), there is a kia oem roof rack, but no oem for palisade, yet

as far as xbars, I guess that depends more on the uprights

kia oem is a LOT cheaper than the thules of course and honestly ive never been that impressed with thule, my brother has been in a constant warranty cycle for the last 4 years with the thules on his subaru, they dont strike me as well built....a lot of plastic parts. thule made the oems for my volvo, expensive and unrealiable
