I am wondering if any one who has tried large tires could tell me if 265/60R20 tires on stock rims would fit in a Palisade?

I am particularly concerned about the front wheels potentially RUBBING. The diameter of the wheel would become 32.5", up from 29.7" stock, and the width increases less an 20mm...

I should clarify that I am planning to fit a 2" Truxxx lift kit before fitting the wheels...

I have 265/60/18s which is the recommended largest tire size which is a 30.5” tire. 32.5” tire may fit but will rub on turns if you don’t trim and/or roll your fenders.

Another factor in play is rim width. The stock rim is only 7.5" wide, which is too narrow even for the stock 245 tire.
Putting 265 tires with even higher sidewalls (60) will lead to a number of problems:
- tire could not seal properly and lose some air
- tire could go off the rim in a fast corner
- it will negatively impact maneuverability

Just google tire too wide or too narrow and you'll find tons of info.

To summarize: I wouldn't do this not only because it will rub in turns, but mostly for safety reasons.
