Was not able to activate the valet mode. I got a message telling me to call BlueLink. Got the same 'error' message to call BlueLink to activate the Calendar?!
One change I did notice is that the Weather display is different. You get a six day forecast (scroll). If you are in Navigation mode and have a destination entered then it is like it was previously (current weather and destination's weather).

Yeah, it asked me to turn on the ignition too (when doing the 57 minute update) but I ignored it. The update worked fine in accessory mode.
I just got off the phone with Bluelink about the Valet and Calendar problems. They had me start my car and do a reset (small pinhole next to tuning knob). That didn't work. So they asked me to tell them all of the specific settings from the Bluelink setup screens. Said the engineers would check it out and get back to me. I also sent them an eMail earlier this morning concerning this issue.
I got a call (voice message) from Hyundai telling me that the Valet mode should be fixed. It is. Calendar still not there.

So should I download the damn update a 3rd time? Ha ha. With the second, valet is still not available on my 2021.

Oh, I should have mentioned that I did not download it again. Hyundai Bluelink support did something on their end after I called them.

Oh, that's something I'm willing to do. Ha ha. Did you call from the car? Or over the phone? If the latter, do you happen to have the number handy, to make sure I get the issue resolved too? I'd greatly appreciate that. Thank you.

855 225-8354 They had me recite all my Bluelink information from the app inside my Palisade.

Go to your home screen in the palisade, I have to scroll in mine as it is at the end.
The valet function should now work, you get to set your pin code each time and the thing worked for me today

Thanks, but was that after downloading the app a third time? I'm trying to avoid that, but it'd be good to know the 3rd is the charm :). Or what did you do for it to work? I remember yours didn't work after the 2nd download either, so wondering what changed. Thank you. I'm leaving on another long trip Wednesday, so not sure if I'll have time to look into that tomorrow. But I'd like to fix it when I come back.

I had downloaded the update a third time and still didn't work. Then someone posted it was working, on a different forum first.
Tried it in the Palisade while waiting for wife in a store. It worked on mine, hadn't done a thing.
The only thing my phone app allows me to do is set the distance from the current position, etc and turn on and off the valet mode
for notifications, on the phone.

Can someone confirm they removed the 'favourites' from the phone menu?

I updated when it came out a few weeks ago, but just yesterday I was like I swear I used to have a 'favourites' tab that is no longer there.

No such luck for me. Just tried today (close to the end of a long trip), and same error as before. Guess will have to waste time to call BlueLink too. Prefer that than download the damn thing a 3rd time. Ha ha. Will be back home Tuesday. Have other projects with higher priority, but will try to correct that in the next 2 weeks.

Yay! Finally the mileage is correct on the app... Haven't used it in a while but when I opened it today it was correct... Screenshot_20211228-094305_MyHyundai.jpg

Under Vehicle Safeguard Alerts there is also a Speed Alert setting. How does that work after exceeding the limit you set? Where do the Alerts go? Is there an audible or visual alert sent to the vehicle or the phone?

Alert sent to the phone if you have that feature turned on and speed limit set on the app

Went to the car, and same error message. They responded to call them, so will do it when I have time, one of these days. By the way, I also noticed my mileage was correct too, so at least Hyundai fixed something. Ha ha.

I had called hyundai and sent chat messages 3 different times before my started valet started working.
The last time they ask for the modem id# out of the palisade

Just called, and had to hold for almost an hour, and the woman didn't know what the hell I was talking about. Told her somebody asked another owner (Gene) for the modem id#, and she told me she could only reset it. I asked her if she could ask her colleagues who was familiar with this issue, to avoid doing unnecessary stuff, and she freaking hung up on me. B*tch. Ha ha. I'm just going to try via chat then, and see what happens.

Hope you got her name.
Sometimes when I call customer care they send email and ask how customer service was,
and ask me to rate associate who talked to me.
Good luck with the chat, that feature is worse than the customer care associates.
Chat will try and connect you with a different customer service person.
I know I went through it 5 different times, guess they got tired of me so took care of it.
