Unfortunately, I didn't ask for her name again; didn't get it. It was a really weird and long name some parents think it's good for their children. Ha ha. Tried the chat, and no go. I'm tired of dealing with Hyundai, so will probably just leave the damn thing alone. Don't think I'll ever use valet, anyway. I also wanted them to remove the service reminders from my account, since I'll never service the vehicle with them... unless I absolutely have to (like an expensive recall). But no response. And don't want to call and having to wait another hour, like if I had nothing better to do. They should at least invest in the feature that calls you back when it's your freaking turn. Oh well.
