I just noticed the same this weekend on a trip out of town. Just made an appointment with dealership for July 9th. Hopefully it will be an easy fix.

I went to my dealer today and met with the General manager and service manager. They said they have done all that they can and everything is set to factory specifications. But they know it’s not right. They are putting in a request to Hyundai Canada for assistance. Will keep all informed of the process. Please let me know how you make out.

When others had this problem, they took it to a body or speed shop. They took care of it, no problem.
They loosen both tie rods. center steering wheel. lineup one wheel then set the other to spec.
Dealership is just trying to save time and not resetting the entire problem.
Then to several people have reported that dealers alignment machines were out of spec,
according to the shops they have taken Palisade to.
ask hyundai customer to repay you for an outside business to correct the alignment

My 2021 with a 02/21 build date is not perfectly centered either. And yes, it bothers me a little, but not enough to allow a dealer to get their damn hands on my vehicle, and return it with chips, scratches, scuffs, stains, etc., like it has happened every time (3 so far) I've taken a vehicle there. So will live with it :). And if I need to align it years down the road, then I'd make sure it's perfectly straight then.

Maybe you should try another dealership. My Palisade comes back from an oil change hand washed and dried. Windows cleaned inside and out. Vacuumed inside and never a scratch so far. Knock on wood!

Build one, and let me know when it's done :). Only one where I live. And I wouldn't take it in just for that ultra minor cosmetic issue anyway, and risk messing up the alignment. I've learned the hard way, sometimes it's better to let stupid little things like that go. Ha ha.

Mine is a 07/20 build date. I have had it 9 months.
So far.... driver side wind noise
....Steering wheel off level
....// Navigation updated...:
It changed the complete screen, wish I didn’t get it updated
....Hyundai factory trailer hitch dealer installed and it’s too low. Had to get a
Hitch ball with a 2”riser.
. ..../ although I have the doors set to unlock when put in park, only the driver side door unlocks
My dealer is trying to solve All the issues so I trust they will succeed

I've had similar experiences at probably all of a half-dozen or so Hyundai dealers I've used across the country. They've always been careful with my car and returned it cleaner than when I took it in.

So I'm curious about your doors unlocking like that. Please let me know if that is a setting that can be messed with. I would actually prefer to only have the driver door unlock when I'm the only one in the car. My VW only unlocked all doors if all were unlocked at entry and vice versa.

I programmed all the doors to unlock when you put the Palisade in park But for some reason only the driver door unlocks
If I have passengers in the Palisade they are asking me to unlock their doors If I get out of the SUV and want to open the back door it’s still locked
It’s annoying. But I do like your idea for safety that only the driver door unlocks
Sorry I can’t give you a positive answer

I was reading through the manual yesterday and am positive there's a setting for auto unlock or door lock button doing just driver vs. all doors.

Just got my car back. They had to adjust the steering 2x. But now it is centered. So glad that part is fixed and over with.

My dealer has agreed to let me take my Palisade to a speed shop with a laser/3D Hunter alignment machine
Will report how I make out

Vehicle can be perfectly aligned, but the steering wheel not... like on my SUV. The tech who does the alignment job needs to clamp the steering wheel perfectly straight, but sometimes they don't do that. It's very minor on my SUV, so will leave it alone. Not worth the risk getting the vehicle misaligned just for that. And yes, exactly that happened to me once already :).
