Hi -
Does anyone know if there is a way to disable the beeping sound for the parking sensors? I know how to disable the system via the button on the main console, but that deactivates the entire system. I'm just looking to stop the annoying beeping when I back out the garage or park next to something.
I did try going to Sound, Driver Assistance, Sound Settings and Setting it to "Off", but that did not turn off the parking sensor beeping.
Alternatively, does anyone know how to permanently disable the parking assist system? Using the button on the console will only disable it until the vehicle is restarted and then you have to disable it again. Just curious if anyone found a way to turn it completely off (for when using a bike rack or towing a trailer).
