I
It looks nice. Did you have the chrome wrapped, can I ask the cost?
did a full chrome delete. This portion around the grill and skid plate were painted. I had a one stop shop do everything for me at the same time and it was $3100. Powder coated wheels, ceramic tint on all glass, wrapped roof and window trim, painted skid plates, door handles, grill surround, all satin chrome, painted calipers... I’m probably forgetting a few things. Here’s my invoice to give you an idea. I’m in Southern California if that’s any help 22A94AD3-2E82-4BC8-A3CB-32B3CF29E1B3.png

Just had my calligraphy front end wrapped with xpel and windows tinted with 20% (all but windshield). Also added this rear cargo bumper and trim protector that folds up nicely (see pics) and put in front and 2nd row 3D Maxpider Kagu Floor Liners. I really like the looks of these Liners as they don't give that industrial work truck look like the weather tec and Hyundai rubber Liners give. (dark pics below). Put brighter backup lights in as well. Busy last 2 days lol. Truck has 87 miles on it so far ;)

Where did you get the bumper and trim protector? Could you possibly add a link? I like it.

I bought (not installed yet) the tow hook front license plate holder and curious if any other owners has installed one?
So I also got mine from EOSPlates and did a test fit. I like it but might move it more to the inside and see if it doesn't get in the way of the parking sensor.

Added my subwoofer.

JBL BassPro Mini,

View attachment 2093 View attachment 2094

Fits perfect between the second row captain chairs, Dual 8” subs with the amp built in. Cool thing about this little device is the box snaps to the amp (i.e. the amp is under the subs), so if you need to fold the seats down for cargo you can quickly remove the sub box. However it is the same height as the seats when they are folded so you could just lay a blanket or towel across it to protect it and place the cargo on top.

Wiring was fairly simple, panel removal was a PITA, whole install took me 4 hours, but I am particular about hiding cables and making things look as stock as possible. Everything is hidden under the carpet and I used the OEM cable channels that are under the carpet and between the sound deadening foam, most of the time was phishing the wires through those channels.

Ran 8 gauge with 30amp inline stereo fuse to the front fuse box, grounded the amp on the second row seat anchor bolt, remote wire from the Harmon amp under the passenger front seat, tapped into the rear sub with the inline connectors that were included. I left the OEM sub connected and am feeding the lines to the JBL as well.

There is a optional sub volume adjustment knob that can be purchased, but as it stands I don’t think I need it.
I occasionally sleep in the back when we camp. So with the captain seats folded down to make a flat floor for sleep would this sub be flush?

Are there any negative effects on the handling, performance, and gas mileage using these wheels?
The handling is much improved. I haven’t noticed a significant drop off in performance, but I rarely hammer the throttle as the palisade is definitely not a performance vehicle, and MPG are down about 1-1.5. We’ll worth the change IMO.

Installed Tux Mats. Was a little weary of the price ($400 Canadian shipped, for all 3 rows), but once I put them in I'm sold.

Coverage is superb, materials and craftsmanship are superb, and the attention to detail is excellent. Lifetime warranty as well. 100% recommend 20211221_134814.jpg 20211221_134843.jpg . 20211221_134832.jpg

They look good. But how about the 3rd row, and the little 'isle' between the middle 2 seats? I like that the stock floor mats cover that area well, plus the 3rd seat. I'll probably never use the 3rd seats, but want to have something at least in the isle. And the problem with leaving the stock 3rd mat in place, is that it also includes the little isle, and it extends to the floor, so it'd push the TuxMat up quite a bit, making it look like crap. So I'd need something done by them, in order to integrate nicely. Will look them up one of these days.

The third row tuxmat also has the big 'tongue'. It covers everything the OEM ones do plus more.

Oh, cool. Thank you. I'm happy with the OEM mats now. But will probably buy those next, when the stock ones start showing wear. Thank you.
