Was glancing on Autotrader and have seen that used Ultimates from 2020 are selling for more than new retails ??
I paid retail 54k ish less $1000 , so 53k ish cause it was a 2020 and 2021’s were out.
Now used they are selling for that or more!

In the USA, the Calligraphy trim level is often sold for $5K over MSRP, and sometimes up to $10K by the time they add on the dealer options and fees.

I was given $43,280 for my 2020 Limited w/ 34k miles towards a 2022 Calligraphy. Resale is insane on these SUV’s. This is Lexus / Toyota tier trade in / resale value. I’m super happy.

To be fair, that's true with just about every used car in this market. Used car values have gone through the roof. I just sold 3 vehicles and got more for them than I originally paid for them. The best was a 2018 Ford Transit 250. I bought it used at the end of 2018 for $25K and it had 11,000 miles on it. I just sold it a few weeks ago for $34,500 with 26,500 miles on it. The Palisade is very popular, so the values might hold up some when the market gets back to normal, but typically used Hyundais don't retain their value all that well in a normal market. I've sold an Azera, a Sonata, and a Genesis G80 in the past. Only the Genesis held up reasonably well in the resale department. The Azera and Sonata were very surprising in how little they were worth compared to the original purchase and both cars were in near perfect condition. Right now, you could probably get top dollar for a used Yugo...

Agreed. My wife’s 2013 Azera tanked at trade in on our 2016 Tahoe.
