Cover the front dash trim

Has anyone found any vinyl or other overlays to cover the front dash trim in the lighter colored interior that looks like fake woodgrain?

I’ve seen faux carbon fiber ones on eBay. I think they basically tape over the actual trim pieces.

I got the carbon fiber ones myself. they are not true carbon fiber they are ABS plastic that is hydro-dipped in a CF pattern. I like them, did the dash, upper door panels, window switch covers, and the center console.


I looked into vinyl wrap, which any decent shop can do. I like the CF better:
