Curious
I have a 2021 Calligraphy
I have noticed a few times that my Hvac sync will turn off on its on. Not sure why it would do that. Is there a reason or it shouldn't? It will turn back on if I push the button, just why would it shut off?
Also I have noticed that this last week my rear seats heat &/or cool will turn on by themselves. It has done it 3 times. I do not have kids that ride in the car (or anyone in the back) so there's no one playing with the controls. I have been sitting in my car for a good 10+ minutes and they just turn on. (I heard the air start blowing think why did my rear ac just now turn on, it was the seats) Another is that today I noticed that my lane keep assistance wasn't on. I had been driving for about an hour it was on & working and at some point it wasn't working. I pushed the button and it came back on. All this has me worried that there is a wiring or electrical problem somewhere.
I bought in July2021 and have about 8500 miles on it.

Side note- I had a 2013 genius coupe that had odd electrical issues and it was the screw for the fuse on the + battery cable that was loose not having good contact, so that is one thing I checked and it was fine.

I'd take it to the dealership and have it checked out.
Can be something as simple as a loose ground or a bad cell in the battery

I think I know what it is. Mine is doing the same thing (sync turns off by itself). I had to store again my memory settings when I moved the seat a little, and it probably started doing it after that. Therefore, I bet that damn light was off when I did it, so every time I start the vehicle, it goes back to that. I'll redo the memory next time I use it, when the sync light is on, and see if the 'issue' goes away :). Give it a try too; hope it works. I'd never take a vehicle to a dealer just for that (it's a 'memory' issue, not a real one), but to each his own :). It could also be if you're using your other fob. Re-setting the memory with the sync light on, should work for both of us. We'll see. Good luck.

Could sometimes a memory issue, yes. But not when I have been driving for awhile not adjusting anything and I look down and it is off. My major concern though is the heated & cooled sets turning on by themselves & when I started my car (it had been running for several minutes) I look and see that my light that comes on showing you have lost traction, is on,, not the light that shows it is turned off either. Although when I did turn "off" my TC ,thinking that is what it was, and turn it back on the other caution TC loss light went off.

I work for the dealer so taking it in isn't an issue. I was wondering if there has been anyone else have similar issues.

I am not worried about the sync as mush as I am about the seats turning on by themselves & TC loss light being on while I am stopped.

I believe that Gene is on the right track. May take some time to track down if the tech hasn't seen this before.
