I'm in Massachusetts.
Can I ask why your leaving it so soon? Sounds crazy to have a ten day turn around on a purchase
Sounds like you need these:I wanted a luxury vehicle with alot of options and I thought the Palisade was the one. I signed up for Blue Link to control climate and start remotely but it does not let you turn on heated seats but it will let you turn on heated steering wheel, I find this very odd. To me it is mind boggling that you can't control the heated seats remotely, everyone wants wants a warm butt on a cold day. When driving the heated seats and steering wheel keep turning themselves off after a few minutes so I'm constantly turning them back on. I think it's strange that there are no settings to control these options. I absolutely hate the infotainment display and you have limited control over that.
While it has amazing options, you can't really customize them. The radio controls and display are terrible, every time I'm in it I become very frustrated with the radio! Of course this is only my opinion but for $50,000 +, I'm just not happy.
I have to agree with you on the radio/infotainment system. Very disjointed system that is just not intuitive for all that is going on with itI wanted a luxury vehicle with alot of options and I thought the Palisade was the one. I agree with you on both points. I can live without being able to turn on the heated seats but not having the functionality of a 30 year old dial radio with push buttons is just insane. It is a beautiful car but Hyundai has completely failed on the software end.I wanted a luxury vehicle with alot of options and I thought the Palisade was the one. Yes and now I'm going to have to suck it up. The plan was to keep my luxury mobile til it dies or I die, lol.I agree with you on both points. Have you contacted vroom, carva or carmax? They quoted me $43,500 for a 2020 Limited 4 months ago with 33k miles on it. All three were within a couple hundred of each other and they’ll pick it up. Everything is done online. I bet they would give you almost what you paid for it.I'm in Massachusetts.
