If you’re referring to what’s in the middle of the tachometer, that’s the driver attention warning. In this picture, your attention level is still high and it’s been 6 minutes since your last break.

The Driver Attention Warning (DAW) System is discussed on page 5-117 of the 2021 Palisade Owner's Manual. Not sure the page number for the 2022 Owner's Manual.
