Bluetooth phone

Does anyone find answering the phone while driving difficult? First push accept then phone button on steering wheel,then handsfree to answer the call.
My cell phone is set up to answer on second ring while in Bluetooth mode. On my other vehicles it operates correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

My 2021 doesn't operate differently than any other vehicle, past and present. I just click on the steering wheel button and it's on. You can also touch the screen, but I only do that when there's no physical button for the action. Post details of your phone, as it has to be that. Or maybe a software update gone wrong. If you have your phone set for in private it will not come in over the Palisade infotainment
