Just got a call from my dealer saying it's time for decarbonization service. Has anyone heard of this service before? If so what is it and what's the cost.
Any information is welcome and appreciated.

Biggest ripoff in the world. What they do is pour some Hyundai Fuel Injector Cleaner into your gas tank, and charge you a fortune.

If you look at the Hyundai Fuel Injector Cleaner label you will see it contains Techron, which a proprietary formula from Chevron. So if they call again let the dealer know that you have preformed the service yourself, and go to any auto parts store or Walmart, or Costco (usually) and get some Chevron Techron Fuel Injector Cleaner, and pour into your gas tank at least once per year. You could also get the Hyundai Fuel Injector Cleaner at your Hyundai dealer parts department, but probably 2-3 times the cost of the Chevron product.

If you are not using gas from one of these brands, you might want to use the cleaner more than once per year:
