Settings changed overnight

2021 Palisade Calligraphy. Got in the car this morning and many of my settings had changed including the screen settings. Anyone know what could cause this?

There appears to have been a reset/delete of people’s profiles via Blue Link. It’s being reported on multiple forums across multiple models.

I don't have Blue Link, so I don't know, but does Blue Link keep your profile? If not, it seems to me that once they reset it (presumably by accident) they can't restore it unless they have it saved somewhere.

Hello, I have a 2021 GV80/Prestige. 30K miles Today I started it up & all my settings were somehow back to factory default !!!! What pain. Does anyone have a clue why this happened ? Thanks:cool:
