Hi! I have a 2020 Palisade and lately anytime I press the speak button on the steering wheel + tell it the address for navigation, it gives me an error saying no network response. This same thing has also started to happen when I try a voice to text and it says it has no service (but I am right in my local town). I am unsure what is causing this issue, I haven't changed anything with the car lately. It was at the dealer last month for the windshield wiper recall but that doesn't seem related. Any insight or tricks to fix this would be appreciated!!

Have you ever done any of the software updates? If not, I recommend you do so. Go to Official Hyundai Motors Navigation Update Website and get the Navigation Updater. Ignore "Display Audio Software Update", that's for the units without navigation. You'll need a 64GB USB flash drive and if you have never updated, it will take a few hours and tell you that you need to keep the car running. It no longer requires the car to be running on newer versions, but if you're starting from a very old version, it will still tell you that until you're fully updated.

Thank you! I'm definitely going to give that a try. I've done software updates but not any within the last year if I recall correctly. Fingers crossed this will do the trick!

Good luck. Make sure you give it plenty of time to finish. Don't assume it's done because it looks done. If you're several versions behind, it might do more than 1 update one after the other.
