Trying to update palisade 2021 and it shows an error my hardware is not compatible

My palisade model number LX2AS.S5BMN.ME shows an error that the new software and map update that I downloaded from on the palisade middle east website is not compatible with my hardware version LX2.MES.S5W _M.V008.001.230531 and says this.

I will also attach the error picture.
Let me know what the problem is eventhough I am using the same hardware version and everything listed on the website and downloading the software accordingly.

That version number is the new one that you downloaded.

You need to find what your current version is. It is listed somewhere else in the settings. If it's already that same version number, then maybe you're already running the latest update?
