Added two 3rd party accessories

i was thinking about that, my brother has a 15 forester and the armrest just slides forward and back, by design, it's bizarre and annoying, but in the interests of resale, I was thinking of cutting a piece of bar mat or some HEP if I can get it in sheets. The bar mat is prolly the way to go and I have a bunch (for those that aren't sure what Im talking about https://www.amazon.com/Duck-Select-...XDF6XGQKKF1&psc=1&refRID=FPWSHSS8DXDF6XGQKKF1 ) I have some dycem, but Im worried about it leaving a stain
 
I have the center console thing added to mine. The extra height and padding is great.

It never slides around for me, but my wife pushes on it weird at times and moves it around a lot. It seems to be very person dependent.
 
I was looking at these and I was concerned the cross stitching doesn't match the rest of the factory ones. Are they close in looks?

I have it in my SEL, so no factory quilting, but it doesn't stand out that much. It looks like it's match the limited quilting pretty well.
 
Its pretty close, you might notice a difference but no one else will
 
I would agree with that and I suppose unless one is very handy with a sewing machine, it seems like the best solution at this time
 
When are they going to make this armrest pad in light beige? I can only find it in black or light grey.
 
I would think that it would be right around the corner, there seem to be a few mfrs, I got the one same as OP...

if your elbow does not touch the armrest in your normal preferred seating position, you NEED one of these folks. It took 3 business days to get to me, I think it was $45, sooo worth it

yep, thats the one I got, I think the pattern is nicer and the corners arent folded over all weird, I think it is just a better looking producty, but yes it is seller finedayshop and I dont know why I had 48 in my head, i went back to my purchase history and it was 59.99, 64 and change delivered, still worth it imo as now I have an actual armrest

Where did you find the center storage console? Is it level with the seats when they're put down?

No, it's not level, but that hasn't posed a problem for me.
