anyone having a rough ride like wheels out of balance or alienment messed up 700 hundred miles on my new limited

It is not unusual for tires on new cars to be over-inflated, especially if they have been shipped from overseas. The dealer is supposed to check the tire pressure as part of dealer prep, but they don't always do it.

Check your tire pressure against the recommended pressure on the sticker in the drivers door jamb. Be sure to measure the "cold tire pressure" when the vehicle has not been driven for several hours. Tires get hotter when the vehicle has been driven, due to rapid flexing of the tread which heats up the air inside the tire. When a gas heats up, and the volume remains the same, the air pressure increases. Warm tire pressure is usually 3-4 PSI higher than cold tire pressure.

35 PSI for Palisade. Would talk to dealer though you would have noticed sooner if it was just over inflation.

Yeah, mine was delivered with 47psi in the tires. I found that while heading out on a long trip and paging through the screens. I did call the dealer and suggest they might want to put tire pressure on their pre-delivery checklist. They agreed and apologized.

I picked up my 2020 Limited a couple weeks ago, have about 900 miles on it and it continues to shake.

Anyone else having this vibration issue?

I'm noticing a rather rough ride too that I never noticed while driving my other cars. I'll have to check the psi tomorrow morning. Hopefully it's just the air and nothing more.

My dealership has been great to work with, put on a new set of tires, unfortunately has not solved the issue. They are working with Hyundai, I hope to see a solution yet this week.

DeeX posed the question whether or not your vehicles are fwd or awd models. I would like to know that as well.

My ride has always been smooth (1100 KM on it now), but I noticed my tire pressure was at 40 PSI 2 days ago....reduced to 35 PSI and ride is even smoother....if you are experiencing a rough ride, reduce PSI to 34 or 35, if that does not fix it, you likely have other issues that need to be addressed

Recommended cold pressure is 35 PSI. Naturally driving on them it will go up by 2-3 PSI. Should not under or over inflate. If someone's car is not riding smoothly the dealer should take a look, so many possible causes. Few of them related to tire pressure.

A suggestion to anyone has not bought any brand/model car. It is a good idea not only test drive an example of what your buying but test drive the car your buying before you sign. All car model/brands have examples with issues that have to be corrected. Ideally though you learn about anything obvious before plucking your money down.
