2021 LIMITED has same lights as Caligraphy

When I pulled the bumper off my 2021 LIMITED I noticed it has the same lights as Caligraphy just not cut out in bumper

All Palisades have that extra light, but it has always been covered up in North America until the Calligraphy.

I went out and looked at mine and cannot tell the difference between them (Limited) and what is shown in the picture.
