2021 Palisade Caligraphy - My Heater is blowing cold Air till I turn it to HIGH. Anywhere between 72 - 82, it is just pumping the cold air.

We got a 2021 Caligraphy in July, and due to the temperature dropping these days, we started using the heater and noticed that cold air is blowing through vents even it is increased to 82(All the ac settings were correct), and only when we raise to HIGH we can feel the hot air. Anyone experiencing this issue? or is it the way it works in every palisade?

Now that you mention it, I noticed my hands getting cold as the vents were throwing cold air even after I raised the temp... I will test more today.

We’ve had the same problem! Seems like this might be more than a one off. The dealer is ordering a new thermostat to see if it will fix the problem.

In some vehicles, you still get cooler air from the vents next to the windows. But the central ones should blow hot air for sure. Please confirm if your issue is with all vents, or just the outside ones... which could be normal. Did you check the manual, to see what it says?
