Would appreciate if anyone knows where all the T.S.B. are listed and explained in one place. My Limited is to arrive soon,and I would prefer to have ALL of these issues addressed prior to me taking ownership. I would rather not leave it to chance that the Dealership will be proactive. Additionally I do NOT want to waste my time bringing the Palisade in for service....been spoiled in this regard with Toyotas...thanks to all !

They're not all listed in one place. They don't all come out at the same time, obviously, so when a new one comes out, new forum threads get created. You'll need to do a bit of legwork, but I know I've posted most of them on here.
There's a recall for the side curtain airbag bolts.
There's a TSB for the blind spot monitoring software.
There's a TSB for a nav software update, which is really about the radio (it can become unresponsive after using a voice command to set a destination in the nav). But dealers don't seem to have received the software yet.
Aside from those, there's a TSB for vibration at high speeds, but that doesn't affect vehicles built after July 27.
There's also a TSB for excessive wind noise at high speeds, but that doesn't affect everyone.
And there's a TSB for replacing the rear moonroof on affected vehicles. Unclear what the issue is and how many vehicles are affected. I didn't post that one, and I don't know of anyone who was affected by it.
For what it's worth, all TSBs have a note stating that these changes should be performed prior to delivery to the customer. So your car should have everything done (provided parts are available). At the very least, the airbag recall will be done since it is illegal to sell a new car with open recalls.

There are several that are not yet on NHTSA.gov. I got tired of waiting and got them from Hyundai Tech. Tks...been reading all the TBS ...beginning to wonder....I have two weeks to decide if I want to go forward with purchase of my awd limited...I avoid aggrevation..when possible...
Honestly, this is par for the course for any vehicle. Go read up on the 2020 Ford Explorer launch and all the issues they’ve had, and you’ll see that we’re in pretty good shape by comparison.
I’ve not seen anything that has given me cause for concern or made me regret our purchase of the Palisade. And I’m saying this as an owner of 2012 Hyundai Sonata, which is on its second motor because Hyundai royally screwed up with that engine (free engine replacements, class action lawsuits, whistleblower, fire hazard... etc. That engine design wasn’t good). I still drive the Sonata daily: 165,000 miles and everything still works. Note: different motor than the one in the Palisade, to be clear.
So yeah... in my opinion, what we’re experiencing on the Palisade isn’t bad.
PS: your user name, “Steelers”, are you in or around Pittsburgh? I am. If so, I’m just curious where you’re considering buying your Palisade.

TSBs are not recalls. The NHTSA's website will only check for recalls, not TSBs.
Hyundai will have a more complete record of what your car needs, but not necessarily available online. A dealership will be able to tell you. Hyundai does have a VIN checker online as well, but it's unclear whether it checks for anything beyond recalls.
