Due to the fact the color mixes great with the slightly brighter lower/grill trim (very little contrast), and I like the wheels, grille, and everything else on my Calligraphy, the only exterior
mods I did were to replace the ugly as sin
emblems with
Caliburn ones, and remove the 'PALISADE' letters. Plus replace the license plate and reverse incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs, so now the SUV is all LED. Other than that, I added 35% ceramic tint in front side windows, and a Curt hitch. That's it

.
Inside the engine compartment, I removed the cover, and cleaned up the engine nicely (no more paint, tape, cover studs, etc), so it looks much sporty/nicer now. It doesn't really quiet the engine with the hood closed (inside or outside), so I didn't want the cover to trap heat. The reason I decided to remove it was when I removed it the first time, just to check everything under it, I felt a ton of heat coming from under it. And with 100+ temps for months here, it'd better not to have it IMO. Oh, and I saved a few pounds, plus no more crooked Hs anywhere. Ha ha. Enjoy yours.
