Anyone know why handle don't light up out side. I have the Limited

I thought the Limited Handles light up when you near the car

If , ‘Convenience → Welcome Light → On driver approach' is selected in the User Settings mode in the cluster LCD display, the lamps will turn on when the vehicle is approached with the smart key in possession.
Vehicle has to be locked.
section 3-142 in owners manual.

You have to go to into the settings and turn the feature on for the light on the door handle. I can’t remember where it was, but I remember doing that on mine and it lights up.
