Hi All, my first post. I'm looking at a Palisade Calligraphy. It's a strikingly luxurious car for this price point, but I'm concerned about issues with the Android Auto and other functions of the infotainment setup. I have a Shelby GT350 that has exceedingly trouble free Android Auto (wired). My wife has a Volvo V60 and the infotainment is a cosmic level mess. If I were to purchase this Palisade and difficulties with the infotainment/ AA were ubiquitous I would be very unhappy.

I've seen several people on this and other forums, complain about this sort of tech issues. My question is, "Is this a small vocal crowd or is a signifcant percentage of owners having these issues? Thanks in advance for any help!

Ford's Sync3 system is crap by comparison (and lower ones even more), but I miss not being able to change parameters via FORScan. Good luck.

I also have a Volvo XC60 (2020) and what exactly is the "cosmic level mess" you are experiencing with Sensus? Compared to our Pali, the infotainment in the Pali is slightly better on some fronts and the Volvo is better on others...

Please explain...

I've got 17K miles on a 2020 limited and have had no infotainment issues. My carplay works flawlessly with USB. I did try a wireless option I bought on Amazon and had some challenges with it, so I went back to USB connection with my IPhone. Not sure if there are issues with Android. I run WAZE and the Pali's navi simultaneously without problems. I split screen carplay with WAZE on one side an SIRIUS on the other. Pandora works great. I just watched a movie on my iPad in the car through the HK speakers. So...there ya go!!! Jump in...the water's fine.

The best response I've seen to questions like these, was that of the thousands and thousands of Palisades sold since 2020...you only really see the posts from a minority of owners with problems...the ones who are happy with the vehicle don't tend to post anything. All the SUV ratings you see from 2020 to current usually show the Palisade as having the least amount of problems after the sale. I have not had any probs, wind noise or otherwise. I tow with it / pack it with camping gear / load it up with sports equip for coaching...slept in it the other night on a memory foam pad and I'm 6'2 285 - plenty of room.
