Bluelink App and Driver Preset

So even under Registered devices it still shows one device even though my wife has logged into the app with my login.
I have iPhone app version 4.2.11 also. But the app version is one thing but why I don't see those options via the internet on laptop also. Perhaps a different version of the S/W on the Palisade? My Infotainment system shows SW Ver. LX2.USA.S5W_M.V003.002.190813 Not sure if this is what the system communicates with or not. I am in the USA and have an SEL with all the packages

It shows blank. I haven't added a second driver. Just had my wife use my same login on her device.

Yep, 4.2.11. But as someone else pointed out, I also see the driver presets on the website, so something else is going on.

Good idea. I'll have to check the software version later tonight. There might be some Blue Link-specific stuff too, if you guys get a chance to check.
OK, there was no software of firmware version for Blue Link. So here's the system info from my car.
I have done the map update from mapnsoft. No other software change has taken place on this car. Not even by the dealer.
Looks like both SW Ver. and Firmware Ver. would be the ones to check.

slightly unrelated but I waiting to purchase my palisade. Does remote start turn on the steering wheel and seat heaters? It’s my favorite feature of my current car.
Steering wheel, yes. Seats, no. See the screenshots that were posted in this thread.

Thanks. That’s a little bit of a bummer. Seams easy enough to have the seats turn on too. Oh well. Still love the car
There was an update to the Blue Link app a couple of days ago. Hyundai has added configurable remote start presets. I still see the option to select driver presets 1 or 2 when configuring these new presets. Has this update maybe resolved the issue for folks in this thread that couldn't see them before (@maneshd5 for example)?
See the screenshot below for what the new preset screen looks like. You click on the gear icons to configure each preset, which takes you to the same screen that we've been using up to now. Note the heated seat symbol that is grayed out for each preset on the screenshot below. I still haven't found a way to turn them on in the preset settings though.
