Uncheck sync contacts on your phone’s Bluetooth options. There may be a setting for that in the car as well.

There must be a way to change the settings either on your phone BT menu, or the car. If you can't find that, just unpair the phone, and don't allow contact download when you pair it again. That might be the quickest way than messing with menus and crap. Ha ha. Hope this helps.
