Change Fuel Range on Dash?

I thought I saw someone post this yesterday but now I can't find the post so I'm thinking it was deleted or posted somewhere else and I can't find it. Is it possible to change the "Fuel Range" on the dash? My old car let me change that to be anything else, compass, odometer, time, etc.

I'm a technical guy so I'm guessing the answer it no, but I just wanted to ask in case I'm missing something.

What do yo want to change and which cluster? The dash consists of two different instrument clusters.
-The 5/7/12 inch between Speedo and Tachometer
-AV Screen 8/10 inch.

Which Model Palisade and what option packages if not Limited.

The center screen between the Speedo and Tachometer has a toggle and select button that together not only let you change settings, but move you between different display summary settings (Digital speedo, Milage, Air pressure, AWD status, Trip computers, etc.). Though I note I do not think you an roll your own "compilation" like on an Apple Watch.

I have the SEL with all packages. So the 10 inch screen and the 7 inch by the speedometer. I want to change the fuel range near the speedometer to show something more useful.

Understood. Best of my knowledge: As noted you can only toggle between various screens of information not create a compilation adding and subtracting elements on those different screens. It would be nice if a future update offered that.
