Any suggestions on what to use to clean brushed/satin finish exterior parts and front grill?

I would recommend something like this for a quick cleaning and touch-up:

If you are OK with something that has to wiped off when it dries, then this one may last a little longer:

Make sure and use a clean microfiber towel because many of the chrome or satin plated plastic trim parts are often time delicate and they scratch easily.

Just wash as you would rest of vehicle. Outside of that if you need to wipe them down just use your favorite quick retailer or rinseless car wash. I usually keep a small spray bottle of rinseless car wash and a microfiber towel in the storage area for emerge bird droppings and the like.

I use turtle wax spray wet/dry wax....cheap easy...
Safe money and time...green bottle...
Nothing can compete with this stuff...
