Cleaning the grill and door chrome

What to use? Just did the first hand wash but chrome had spots. Armor all doesn't really do it to clean it.
Anyone?

I use 50% distilled vinegar and 50% warm water, mixed in a spray bottle. Spray on for about 10 minutes, wipe off with clean micro fiber cloth and then use a second one to buff it with.

Use simple soap and water for me. Then I coat with Armour All wheel coating, NOT tire shine. Anything that gets on the surface after that simply comes off with windex and a microfiber cloth.

sorry didn’t see your reply, nope no damage, with the 50/50 mix it’s pretty weak but still great for waterspots etc.
