First I should say I just had an engine replacement on my 2020 Palisade with 83,000 miles. Dealer had my car for 5 months. No that's not a typo.
So I finally get it back and 3 days later I had to take it back to the dealer because all warning lights were going off on my way to work in the morning. I took video of this as I was driving, and a picture. So I called the dealer and told them they need to look at this. After work I was driving to the dealer and this happened again. When I got there I made sure NOT to shut off the engine so I could have them see what I was talking about. They had a mechanic come over with the diagnostic reader and a bunch of codes came up but they tell me none had to do with the cluster issue. Not buying that. Any way they cleared them, shut it off and tested again and no codes came up but the lights came on again. They turned it off again and no lights came on this time. So the mechanic tells me there's no safety issue and that I should take the car back and let them know if it happens again. Guess what? By the time I made it home, warning lights come up again. I dropped it off on 2/19/24 and it's still at the dealer as of this writing! They can't figure this thing out. I'm trying to figure out what to do about this. Oh and get this. They're trying to charge me for the diagnostics now and say it has nothing to do with the engine replacement.
