Flashing Light module

I am looking to purchase a flashing light module similar to those made for GM vehicles that connects through the OBD port and allows me to flash the factory exterior lights as a safety feature. Does anyone know if that is available?

I don't know of one. I added a bunch of lights and used a Whelen 4200.
