HD Live Traffic and Weather service are unavailable

2020 Palisade Limited purchased a month ago.
HD Live traffic and weather service were working fine however it started being unavailable since this week.
I updated the map (13.41.42.xxx) and reset it but it still services are unavailable.
Does anybody have same issue like this?

You already have a thread on this in the "Talk" forum.

Is your Blue Link working? Are you able to start your car remotely via the Blue Link app for example?

Some people have also reported having to do the update twice.

yes Blue Link works fine.
I guess I'll try one more time then.
