I have a 2022 Palisade SEL. It's about 11 months old, just under 12,000 miles. We woke up one morning to a crack in the front windshield from the passenger side, across to the midpoint. No point of impact was visible. The state police couldn't even locate a point of impact. Went to the dealer and they first said the point of impact was located under the molding. He rubbed a pencil across the glass, creating a small scratch, and said that's your point of impact. We had to pay a $500 calibration fee.
During our routine inspection, I asked the dealer to look at the Bluetooth radio because we were have some connection issues again (2nd time reporting). We also asked them to look into the vibrations. They said the tires were out of line and they made some adjustments. Not even a day later, I could feel the same vibration and thumping after 50mph. It's annoying. I'll try again, but it seems like something is really off.
