How to keep the 3rd rows folded always

Hi,

I am new to the forum and new to Palisade. I recently bought a 2022 Hyundai Palisade Limited Trim with power folding 2nd and 3rd rows. I wanted to know is there any way that I can have my 3rd row folded always. Whenever I fold them down and turn it off the seats automatically comes up upon next engine ON. Because, of it I am not able to use the cargo volume.

Can someone guide me how to keep it folded down and have it only when it is needed.

Where do you live? At least my US Calligraphy (2021) model doesn't do that either. I only raised the seats once, before purchase, to make sure they worked, since there were reports here some didn't. Mine did, and have been down ever since. There's only one stupid thing I can think of that could be the culprit, so give it a try: With the 3rd row seats down, redo your memory settings, and see if that does it. If not, there's something else going on. I'd be super pissed if that was my vehicle. Good luck, and keep us posted what it was.

For now at least, have found out the reason why the 2-seat combo on the 3rd row wont remain folded. There was a business card lying in between the seats, thus causing it to trigger to unfold during the engine ON. After removing it, the seats remain folded always and never comes up unless I make them using the buttons. Now need to figure out what's wrong with the 1-seat. Will keep you all updated.

Btw, elp_jc, I am from Suwanee, GA.
 
Add another one, new 22 Limited owner here, whose power 3rd row remains stowed from start to start with no issues.

Very odd that a simple business card was stopping the 2seat portion from stay down. Where was the business card? Trying to imagine how it was situated to cause this scenario, just in case something similar happens to me in the future.
 
They have to be talking about the 3rd row the second row doesn't have power up
