Do you hear that high pitched noise without climate start being used, or with climate start settings other than high?

Do you hear that high pitched noise without climate start being used, or with climate start settings other than high?

I just tested it with all other settings, like LO, etc., and even started with the key. I get this noise with all of them until the engine gets a little warm. After it gets warm, it won't make this noise at the next start. This noise returns when the engine cools down again or it has been 4 to 5 hours since I started the car.
