iPhone 12 Pro phone calls not working on CarPlay

I have a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy edition. Up until the recent IOS update my phone worked perfectly through CarPlay. Since the update I can no longer hear my phone calls through the speakers. Everything else works but the phone. The phone will even display the call, let me answer it, but it immediately switches to the speaker on the phone not the car? I’ve swapped cables and uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Help!
