It's been awhile that I've been on this forum and with a couple of years passed I'm hoping there's more info on my request. I have a 2020 and I installed custom scuff plates. I couldn't find a place to tap into the wiring so I used a fuse tap on the 3rd row seat. I'd like to wire this based on opening the doors so I don't have to use a toggle switch or drain my battery.

This website has the entire service manual in web format: https://www.hpalisadelx.com/

You might find what you need there.

I have found some additional information for my project and wanted to share. The particular custom door scuff plates I have are all linked, but I may break the link from left to right to get all doors to activate. If someone wanted to do that they would tie LH front and passenget together and tap into the negative pin 31 on connector D and then use negative 32 on pin 32 for the right front right tied in with the right rear plate. Since this is CANBUS controlled it utilizes the negative as the trigger as most electronics in cars do now. The Connector C can be combined with both sides only using the one single wire if two are in the same harness.
