I haven’t seen complaints about the light colored leather staining, but it can happen with any car’s light colored interior. Jeans can reportedly transfer blue or black dyes to leathers so I’d be careful about that.
One forum poster had his beige Nappa seats wear prematurely but Hyundai thankfully took care of it for him.
If you go for the beige interior you can look into getting a ceramic treatment for the leather. I’ve never used it but others report the leather is easier to keep clean after treating it with a ceramic interior product.
