How do you get mud and door handle lights to come on when approaching

Welcome Light, under Convenience settings, if I remember correctly.

My SEL doesn't have puddle (or I guess mud) lights, but it does have the door handle led that comes on when you approach close enough by turning on the welcome light setting.
