My 2021 AWD Calligraphy - Updates/Mods/Etc.

All righty, been pretty busy, finally had a clear day to take some photos. This is a Beckett's Black with the light beige interior.

Exterior: Paint Correction (the Palisade had surprisingly bad swirls right off the lot), ceramic coat. Initially had "H" logos color-matched, but wasn't in love with the look. So I debadged everything, including the Htrac logo, Hyundai logos, etc. Filled the holes behind the rear "H" logo, and color-matched. Initially considered just going badge-less in the back, but it looked naked. Added the factory mudguards and factory roof rails. Color-matched the grill and surround. Ended up going with the Brenthon all black logo replacements (I also have the Caliburn 3pc emblem-- set if anyone wants them). I updated all non-LED lighting to LED (license plate lights and reverse lights).

Interior: Added better console interior holder, diamond stitched console cover, cargo cover, factory all season cupped mats (have original new carpeted mats if anyone wants them), durable rear/foldable third row factory cover mat, updated maps/GUI to April 2021 update, ceramic coat for leather. Also ordered the matching metal tweeter covers, coming soon. Probably forgetting a few things, but it's coming along.

Have more photos of the install process, etc. if anyone has interest or questions about that stuff.

This is what it looks like with the grill, surround, and "H" color-matched. Still wasn't in love with the "H", but it did look better color-matched:

Looking good . Hey, I'm interested on your 'metal tweeter cover' project. Can you please post details and photos when you get/install them? Are they just an overlay, or meant to replace the covers? And I'd like to get a spare set of OEM carpeted mats, so please send me what you're asking for them. Where in TX are you? I'm in El Paso, probably at least 600 miles away from you.

I also have my 2021 de-badged, but with the Caliburn emblems (so please also send me details on those, because I'd also like to have a spare set if possible). All LEDs as well, along with latest map/software updates. Since mine is typhoon silver, and the trim almost matches the color, I decided to leave that alone, and same with the emblems. Take care.

This is what I ordered: For Hyundai Palisade 20-21 Chrome Style Front Door Speaker A-Pillar Cover Trim | eBay For $20, it's pretty low-risk, high-reward. Happy to post photos when I get them in.

I'm north of Dallas, so I doubt you'd want to pick up the mats/Caliburn/etc., haha. I'd ship the Caliburn emblems to you for $60 all-in. They're brand new, unopened, and seem to be of pretty high quality. It's the 3pc set (front, rear, and steering wheel). For the mats- frankly, no idea. They're brand new OEM, never used, black in color. I don't know what they'd cost to ship- so I'd have to know that to set a price. Whatever it is, it'd be cheap (as I have no use for them), plus cover shipping.

Hey, you never updated your thread with pictures of the tweeter covers. Those are the same ones being sold by the site owner, but haven't checked his price. I want to know if they look OEM, and if they fit like OEM too, or I wouldn't even bother at any price. Can you please comment, and post a picture? And if you're afraid to post a not-so-great review, you could send me a PM instead, if you prefer. Thank you.

Don't recall what vendor I purchased them from. Install was easy, two sided tape. I think they look pretty good. Easily removable I would think, if you didn't like them. Haven't updated in awhile, didn't think anyone cared about this stuff like I do!

Oh, okay. Thank you very much. They're the same everywhere, so don't think it matters where you buy them. My only concern left is if you noticed any decrease in crispness from the tweeters, since high frequencies are highly directional, and those extra sets of holes (and not too many) are blocking the stock ones at least some. Hopefully you don't mind answering that. Thank you.
