Hey guys, need to leave soon, and can't find the damn destinations. And yes, they were 'successfully sent to the car'. Switched to the guest profile, and nothing. Spent half an hour in the car trying to find them everywhere, and no luck. Last time I remember clicking something that wasn't logical, but just couldn't find it now. And don't have time to look for the manual, since the car is already loaded. Hopefully somebody remembers. Otherwise, guess will try the BlueLink service, and see if they know.

Searched like crazy on YouTube, and couldn't find that. Maybe I need to learn to search better. Ha ha. Hope you guys don't mind my asking :). Thank you.

EDIT: The first time I sent the destinations to my car they were on my profile... BUT that was before I updated the system to the latest version. The radio already looked weird, and I didn't have 3 screens, so not sure what exactly changed. Maybe those destinations are in a different place now? But looked EVERYWHERE on both nav menu, and nav settings, and nothing. Just Home and my 2 daughter's addresses in 'favorites'.

Need to leave now, so will call BlueLink, and see if they can find them.

please let us know what they say. have had the same issue, dealer couldn't help, they said they would contact Hyundai but never got back to me.

Mine showed up in the quest profile.
After contacting customer service about that , suddenly they started going to my profile

I'm in the middle of my trip, and the BlueLink guy had no freaking idea what I was talking about. He kept trying to teach me how to send a destination to the car. After 3 times telling him I already did that, he had no idea how to retrieve them from the car. I asked him where the sent destinations should be, because that's the only way to know if I was missing something, or there's something wrong with BlueLink receiving those destinations. And no help at all. Just said 'something must be wrong with BlueLink', so call them. I just cut him off at that point. Was hoping somebody had the answer here, but apparently something is wrong with that thing. It worked before, but I don't feel like wasting hours of my life on that, so I just manually put the destinations, and the hell with that crap. But thanks anyway gang.
