I was wondering if anyone here can offer some advice. I have been waiting on the delivery of a hyundai palisades limited since AUG 19, beige interior. My dealership says it has arrived at the port but it still is not being delivered. They have promised 6 or 7 dates and each time they have fell thru. The manager claims it is in the port but they still don't have it. I tried hyundai cares but they were absolutely horrible. Does anyone know if there is a corporate entity that can help with this? Or am I just stuck waiting for the dealership?

If you are located near Kentucky the dealership that I bought mine from is getting a white limited tomorrow. If you want to get it from somewhere else and get your money back as they have fall through is an option.

For what it’s worth, a Evansville, IN dealership has 7 beige interior Limiteds AWD, 4 white, 1black, 1 Sierra Burgundy, 1 Steel graphite. There is one Midnight cloud but with black interior.

I think you are dependent on the dealer. Keep in mind that the vehicle your dealer is referring to does not have your name on it as far as Hyundai Motor USA is concerned. All Hyundai Motor USA knows is that vehicle is "allocated" (promised) to the dealer who put in a request for that trim level and color. In unusual cases, promises are broken.

I have heard that Hyundai Motor USA is performing some TSB's at the port of entry on some vehicles to fix the wind noise problem, which could be the holdup. But the whole import, customs, distributor preparation process (distributor installed options, Monroney window sticker, etc) takes time, and vehicles can sit for awhile at the port of entry. Plus they try and ship multiple vehicles going to the same dealer from the port of entry all at one time, and not ship (truck and/or train) one at a time to a dealer.
