I cannot get my new Iphone 12 promax to work on the Pallisade Calligraphy. I've had the car 1 day and i've tried everything! This is a very big deal to me.

More often than not, this is the issue. AndroidAuto and CarPlay are annoyingly sensitive with cables. Try to use a legit Apple cable and see if that solves your problems.

Thank you! I've tried the Apple cable also. It allows for my calls but not downloading any of my contacts and doesn't mirror my phone. I'll get with my salesman.

Unpair and then repair. I had an issue with my iPhone 12pro max too. That fixed it.
