I found this site searching for an answer as to why my Voice Recognition stopped working in my 2021 Palisade. I was happy to see the solutions that everyone has posted. , I find these type of site extremely helpful and agree with those who have said that most dealer service departments are less than affective in troubleshooting and resolving issues like this.

My Palisade replaced a 2016 Explorer Limited it was a nice car, but not as nice as the Palisade. I have already benefited from this forum. I was able to resolve my voice recognition problem by reading the posts on this forum site. As many of you, my dealer was unable to resolve my issue, the recommendation of the system software update resolved my issue. Thank you all!
