No network response

Since this afternoon until now, when I press the speak button on the steering wheel on my 2021 Calligraphy it keeps saying "No network response, please use the touch screen to enter your information". Not sure what is going on. It was working and then all of sudden it just started doing it. Anyone else having the same issue?
 
not exactly, but same result. when i hit the voice button, i get a “initializing voice recognition “ message for 5-10 seconds then nothing.

i took it to the dealer wednesday and they couldn’t figure it out or get help because “the hyundai tech line is busy.” I’m returning on monday when they *should* have a loaner Palisade available.
 
could be Hyundai's Blue Link is having issues, seems they are always having some level of problems at least once a month.
