No power to console lighter outlet

We have a 2020 Palisade SEL. I am wanting to use the lighter outlet inside the center console, but it has no power going to it. The USB port next to it works, and the other lighter outlets in the car work fine. I wanted to see if there might be an easy fix. I looked through the fuse diagram, but I can't figure out which one is related to that outlet. I am hoping to avoid a dealer visit since it is quite the pain to get to our Hyundai dealer. Thanks.

Just a reminder, you can get warranty service at any Hyundai dealer even if you didn't purchase your car there. But if they are busy, it might be tough to get an appointment.

I have a 2022 Calligraphy and and have the same issue. I haven't taken it to the dealer yet, but will get it checked out on my next service appointment.
