Yep. I used the mirror tap and also a dongle to Mount my dash cam. Because this dash cam requires the suction cup to use the GPS and the resr camera, and the neck on the Palisade is too short for two mounts, I put together a combination of RAM mounts
Personally I've used BlendMount and Mirror Tap on my last 11 vehicles. They always work perfectly, are unobtrusive and easily allow you to remove and hide the detector if your worried about theft. The only way to go in my opinion.
