Remote starts and heated seats

It’s starting to get cold in my area and I’ve been using the remote start feature. I have the presets to turn on all Heated features, but the seats are not turning on. The steering wheel does and the rearview mirrors are defrosted but I can’t see an option to turn on the heated seats. Does anyone know how this works?

I have the latest bluelink update and although the option is there for heated seats, the option is greyed out and cannot be selected. I guess it's there for when the option does become available. I have a 2021 Calligraphy.
