Love this time of year. My wife is a Master Gardner and has encouraged (commanded) me to plant quite a bit on our property. 27 trees, 100’s of perennials and tulip bulbs. Not to mention over 1,000 landscaping blocks. week we laid 250 bags of mulch, 3 yards of stone and we’re mowing every 5 days to keep up with the lawn. So, has spring sprung where you are?

Looks nice, we are still getting frost here so nothing is growing yet... I too cannot wait for spring as I have lots of things to get going

Yup, lived in FL from 75 to 78 and then again from 84 to 96, My wife misses it and we’ll have a condo one day near the intercostal, most likely in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area.

Yeah, I grew up in Michigan so I remember well how long winter holds on.

Looks amazing. Something to truly have a sense of pride about right there. I don't envy the amount of work you would have to put into it though. Not sure I would have the time.

Been working 60+ hours a week right now with the covid-19 outbreak, but no place to work out. The yard has been my gym lately. Trimmed all the cherry trees this morning, weeded and mowed. My wife definitely has the vision, I’m just the yard-worker.

Sold the beach condo last year...waiting to start new house counstructon...wish they would get going on it...be heading to new york for the summer...hope the house is built before next winter...i hate snow and cold ..tooo old for that torture!

Good luck with your new house. I’ve built a few over the years, relocating 7 times. This one is a little big for us but we couldn’t walk away from the deal back in 2010. We lost $85K on our house in VA, but got this one with 5,000 sqft. for 67% of what it was worth. I’m afraid that post-covid-19 we’re in for another correction and a very long road back.

You are right about that! It will be a long road back and much worse Corte toon than 2008.
